How Bounce The Rock’s rentals work

Bounce the Rocks Rental Process


All of our rentals are 1 day for as long as you need between the hours of 9am to 8pm.  You also have the option to make any rental an overnight for an additional fee of $25.00.  A $25.00 deposit is required to reserve your chosen inflatable on your requested day. We collect the deposit at the time of booking using our secure, quick and easy online payment service.

After Booking

After your rental is booked and the deposit is made you will receive two emails. First, confirmation of your reservation, and the second will include a link to your invoice and liability waiver.  The liability waiver must be signed before we can drop off the inflatable. You will have options to print and sign or digitally sign.  The invoice will be attached to the liability waiver.  It will be your choice to pay any balance due online or select payment on delivery. We accept cash or credit card payments at time of delivery. Credit card payments are processed using secure payment processing.

Delivery, Setup, and Pickup

Setup and deliveries are free of charge in Castle Rock and within a 12 mile radius of our location in Castle Rock.   Please call for a delivery quote if you are unsure if you are within our free delivery area.  We will always try to arrive promptly for your scheduled drop off time.  Drop off and pickup times are on a first come first serve basis.  If there are any scheduling conflicts we will notify you by phone or in the email with your invoice and rental agreement.  Setup typically takes between 20 and 30 minutes, please schedule accordingly.  Pickups can vary from the scheduled end of your event time up to 3 hours past the end of your event depending on our pickup schedule for the day.  We will always try to inform you upon booking and again on drop off if other pickup times conflict with your requested time.  Please feel free to ask us during drop off for an estimated time of pickup or call during your booking at 720-507-7625

Fall 2021 Update

Thanks for considering Bounce The Rock for your next event. We are open and operating but still with a limited delivery area of 12 Miles around Castle Rock. Indoor and outdoor hours of operation - Indoor event hours are 9am to 8pm year round. Outdoor hours are as follows: May through August: 9am-8pm September: 9am-7pm October: 9am-6pm November through February: 9am-4pm (As weather permits) We will continue follow Colorado State's recommendations and ordinances in regards to Covid-19 as they are updated. Due to Covid-19 we are operating with limited staff and need to limit our rental area to our standard free delivery area. Our standard free delivery area includes Castle Rock and within a 12 mile radius of our location in Castle Rock. Thank You, Bounce The Rock
